Specialist Delivery
Selected stone, concrete and marble furniture requires specialist delivery due to its weight, size and fragile nature. These items must be delivered and assembled by our approved specialist delivery team.
Assembly is included in the applicable delivery fee.
Specialist delivery items cannot be collected or delivered by third-party couriers and are not available for interstate delivery or transfer.
Delivery Access
Our standard specialist delivery service is limited to ground-floor locations with clear, safe access and no stairs. For apartments or multi-story buildings, the delivery team will assess whether the item can be safely moved to and installed in the requested location.
Access via a suitable lift may be possible; however, this remains at the delivery team’s discretion. If access is considered unsafe or unfeasible, the delivery will be treated as a failed delivery and additional charges may apply.
If delivery is possible but requires additional time, handling or personnel, further fees will apply and will be charged directly to the customer.
Preparing for Delivery
Before purchasing and accepting delivery, please ensure:
- The item will fit comfortably in your intended space.
- The item will fit through all access points, including entrances, doorways, hallways, lifts and around corners.
- The delivery path is clear, safe and free from furniture, decorative items and other obstructions.
- Any existing furniture has been removed from the delivery and installation area.
- The intended placement location has been identified before the delivery team arrives.
A customer or authorised adult is present to accept and sign for the delivery.
Please carefully check the height, width, depth and weight shown on the product page. Due to the substantial weight of these items, customers should also ensure that the intended location and flooring are suitable.
Extremely heavy, oversized or particularly fragile items may require additional delivery personnel.
Our delivery team will wear protective footwear while on site. However, customers remain responsible for ensuring the delivery route and installation area are safe, accessible and adequately protected.
Failure to meet these delivery requirements may result in the delivery being rescheduled or deemed unsuccessful, with redelivery and other applicable charges payable by the customer.
