If you purchased an UPcare Fabric Protection Plan with your furniture, we are here to help.
Your UPcare plan provides protection for accidental stains and accidental damage to the fabric of your sofa, subject to the terms and conditions of your plan.
What does UPcare cover?
Your UPcare Fabric Protection Plan may cover accidental:
Fabric Damage
- Rips, cuts and tears
- Scuffs and grazing
- Pulled stitching
- Cigarette burns
Accidental Stains
- Food and drink
- Nail polish and cosmetics
- Lipstick and acetone
- Paint, gum, crayons and soaps
- Hair dye and fake tanning products
- Adhesives
- Blood and bodily fluids, excluding sweat
- Pet damage caused by bodily fluids
- Other accidental stains covered under your plan
Accidental stains and damage caused by children may also be covered where the incident meets the definition of an accident under the plan.
UPcare is separate from Sleeping Giant Warranty
Not sure where to lodge your claim?
UPcare is for accidental fabric stains and damage.
Sleeping Giant Warranty is for product faults, manufacturing defects and product-related issues.
Important
UPcare is not a general cleaning service. The plan covers accidental stains and damage, not routine cleaning or general maintenance.
Accidental stains or damage must be reported within 5 days of occurring to be covered under the plan.
Your furniture must also be cared for in accordance with the applicable care instructions and UPcare requirements.
