I need help with my promo code, it isn't working?

The promotion code needs to be entered exactly as it was given to you, without any spaces. Type or copy and paste the code into the 'Promotion Code' box at checkout.

Once you've entered the code, click on 'Apply' and it will add the code to your order. When the code has been applied to your order, you'll see the promotional value deducted and the total of your order will change to reflect the code.

The code will only apply as per the terms of the promotion, and only to the relevant items in your order that are included in the promotion. If you are still having issues with your code, please check:

• Expiry date
• Product exclusions
• Minimum spend amount
• Area exclusions for free shipping
• You must be logged in to your account use most of our promo codes

*Please note - you can only use one promo code per order. This includes free delivery codes.

Please check that the code/link you are using is still valid and not out of date. Your code must be entered in the format in which it was received.
