On receipt of the order you will be contacted by email, text or phone call by our Customer Service staff to confirm stock availability. If all items are in stock and allocated to your order, a delivery date can be arranged. If the goods are out of stock in the state warehouse, then a tentative dispatch date will be provided, otherwise for Pre-Order items you will be notified an expected arrival date into our warehouse.
All orders require ID verification and signature on delivery from the person that placed the order.

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure goods fit through any delivery access. If items do not fit, you will be given the option to have goods left at the property and accept responsibility to manoeuvre goods to desired space. Alternatively the items can be returned to the warehouse and you have the opportunity to other items according. This will incur a redelivery fee. Please note that drivers are only authorised to carry goods up a maximum of 3 flights of stairs.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to no one at the property at the appointed time, please be advised a redelivery fee is incurred upon rescheduling the delivery.

For our deliveries, where we are the service provider, we will always text or email you by 9am on the day of arranged delivery date to confirm your allocated 2-hour delivery timeslot. If at 9am you have not received the delivery time, please call 1800 573 386 for an update.
This is a 2 man service that specialises in transporting bulky, heavy and fragile goods.
Selected items that are delivered by us are available to be assembled and have rubbish removed. This can be selected at checkout.
Courier & Third Party Delivery
We partner with a range of couriers to ensure the best prices and most reliable delivery for our customers.
Generally, smaller items will be delivered via Couriers Please, Startrack or similar while larger items will be delivered via a bulky goods carrier.
If your order is large and oversized it may require delivery on a pallet. Our couriers deliver direct to your door but not inside your home, and you will need to assist the driver and receive your parcels. We always recommend having someone on hand if you think you may have trouble moving your goods alone.
We have a highly efficient and automated logistics system, that presents you with the cheapest available carrier for your chosen item(s) for your delivery area. Unfortunately due to the cost of transport around Australia sometimes these charges can be quite high for bulky goods. We are always working with our delivery partners to try and improve these costs and services.
If your order is being shipped via a third party our service team will confirm this with you after your order has been placed and will provide you with the relevant tracking information.
Due to the security and liability restrictions of our Third Party Delivery couriers, we only offer curbside delivery and the customer is responsible for bringing any of such merchandise into their home. We recommend that you have someone available to help you carry the items into your home, unpack and install your furniture.
From time to time, there may be an error in the freight calculation on our website. If and when this occurs, we will contact you with the correct cost in freight which will be at the customers expense. If you do not which to go ahead with the revised cost, either party can opt for a full cancellation and refund.
